Led tail lights for classic cars

Basically Led light is defined as light emitting diode for lamps,bulb etc.These semiconductor devices are not commercially availabe.Diode has made it improved steadily.In Led technology the power consumption has reduced almost 50 percent in total but the brightness still the same.

Most cars has introduced the led light in order to save battery power as well as the charging power back from alternator.Besides reducing power consumption,the brightness of led light also brings the exact prevention to the car as well.The led technology in led tail light has made the car more safe to drive even in bad rainy and snowy season.

Nowadays led tail lights for classic cars are manufactured and designed based on customer's need. Classic cars like Camaro,chevy,Nova ,Chevelle and firebird are the few models picked by manufacturer to produce a set of led tail lights product.Instead of making a security as a factor of producing ,manufacturer also significantly produce the led tail lights to keep your car being visible while on the road.

Most classic cars owner prefer to put a bright and well designed led tail lights to keep the classic beauty and also to give more attraction and more classical looks.There are a few manufacturer design on market which specifically produced those led tail lights for classic cars to make those cars stand out from the crowd but never reduced the originality of the cars itself.

Recently i suggest to a few friends of mine to use led tail lights on their cars for safety reason.Most Malaysian cars they use one more light which called third brake light to alert other drivers while pressing brake.

A few months back I used to travel from Kuala Lumpur to Selangor and it takes almost two hours on the road plus traffic jam.In the middle of my journey while driving about 100 km per hour the traffic suddenly stopped and other car almost hit my car bumper .The back driver said if not because of the led tail lights he already hit my car bumper.He was shocked after seeing some strange lights just like a small lightning in front of his eyes and pressing the brake immediately.

A few days after the incident he installed led tail lights on his third brake light and said he start telling all of his friend the protection that led tail lights can give after hearing my explanation on the effectiveness of using led tail lights for third brake of a car.

For me Led lights has given me an experience as well as an education to remember for the rest of my road driving.Led Lights also were manufactured in order to serve the maximum qualty that you need for your car and safety that you cannot deny the effectiveness.

In fact there are a few videos on how to install the led tail lights for classic cars and those videos which you can see mostly from Youtube were not for all classic cars models.In general there are few basic equipment when you want to install led tail lights on your own.

1. Screw driver
2. A small cutter or a very sharp knife
3. Silicone adhesive
4. Led tail lights with wiring
5. A drill

With all the equipment above you can start the installation by following the below steps.

1. Make sure to open the screws cover and start loosen all the involved screws.
2. Take out the whole tail lights body
3. Cut the red tail lights cover and drill a small hole at the back of tail lights
4. Put the wired led tail lights on and make sure to fit it at the right position
5. Put back the red lights cover using the silicone adhesive .
6. Leave the tail lights for a few minutes to ensure the silicone adhesive dry
7. Screw it back to their place
