Phishing a scam using official looking emails and fake websites to steal personal data,is now the leading type of internet fraud.Reported inciudents increased more than 800 percent around the world.
Phishers typically send an email warning that you need to update or validate your bank account information.The message includes a link to a website that looks like your bank 's,where the fraudsters hope you will divulge personal information.
To keep safe there are certain tips we as an online user must remember and and be aware of online request.
Be suspicious
Any urgent request for personal financial information is a scam.Phishers typically include alarming statements in their emails to get an immediate reaction but it is all false alarm.
Do not use the links.
If we suspect the message is not authentic ,make a call to the company.
Do not give out information easily
Enter credit card or account numbers only via a secure website or over the telephone.
Be secure
Ensure you are on a secure web server by checking the beginning of the address.It should be https:// rather than http://
Email is the most important item in online activity,we use email most of the time in many website for marketing,research,search data,social site ,writing even blogging.However most of us never realize that all our personal information already taken but never display from many website owner,do some research before taking a step to join any program.

Thanks for your advice too,it happened to me a few months back when someone use my email and Yahoo close it down for scams.
